Terms of Service

By using our LED Wall and Lights n Sounds.("Product"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"):

1. Use of the Product

The rental period begins on [start date] and ends on [end date]

Any extension of the rental period must be agreed upon in writing and may be subject to additional fees.

2. Payment

A reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of a signed rental agreement and a non-refundable deposit of [XX]% of the total rental cost.

The remaining balance must be paid [X] days prior to the scheduled rental date.

3. Delivery and Setup

The client is responsible for providing a suitable and secure location for the LED wall setup. The client agrees to provide access to the venue and a designated contact person for coordination.

The rental company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if the client breaches any terms outlined herein

5. Miscellaneous

Any modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties,

Failure to enforce any provision of this agreement does not waive the right to enforce such provision in the future.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the Product, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where our business is located.

8. Changes to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms of Service on our website.
